Short Courses Form

1. Fully completed Application Form. You are required to complete the application form online at https://gip.org.gh/upcoming-short-courses/. You have the option for completing the hard copy form, but this will be an additional cost of GHC100.00 to the applicant.

2. Certificate(s) indicating academic qualification(s) from a recognized institution of higher learning or from the Institute. The total number of credits from relevant courses leading to such academic qualification in Planning from the GIP shall not be less than 30 credits and not less than 90 credits from other Institutions.

3. Copy of appointment letter from your current employer and/or from your professional class association (i.e. Local Government Staff).

4. Brief CV showing evidence that the applicant has been working in the relevant environment for a period of not less than 3 years.

5. Passport photos.

6. Academic transcripts of undergraduate or postgraduate qualification(s) of relevance to this short course

7. Pay the requisite fees for forms and examination, of GHC300.00.
