The Wa Zone of the Ghana Institute of Planning (GIP) elected new Executives to steer its affairs for the next two years. The exercise took place at its meeting on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at the Conference Room of the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council.
The new Executives are are Pln. Dr. Dennis Puorideme as Chairman; Pln. Crispin Yango as the Vice Chairperson; Pln Abdulai Safia became Secretary and Pln. Yakubu Zachariah joined them as the Organizer.
At the meeting, the Zone also went through the draft Professional Welfare Policy of the Institute.
The Honorary Secretary of the Institute, Pln. Ken Ketor was present to monitor exercise. The Regional Planning Officer (REPO), Pln. Richard Nii Adjaye Laryea also graced the occasion.
